Data Deletion at Alkansa
Last updated on October 1, 2026.
From the Alkansa dashboard
Go to My account → Settings → Danger zone and choose “Delete my account”. Confirm your email and current password. You have 30 seconds to reconsider; after that, a second confirmation starts the permanent deletion. You can cancel while the deletion has not started. Closing the window or waiting for the countdown does not delete the account automatically.
Scheduled or in-progress posts must be resolved before deletion. The last administrator must hand over administration before closing their account. If you have a paid plan, cancel the subscription in My account → Plan. If the option is not available or you cannot sign in, use the contact below.
What is deleted and what is kept
Your account, social network connections and tokens, projects, layouts, uploaded images, texts and posting history are deleted. Only billing records and invoices are kept, for the period required by tax law, along with anything the law requires us to keep.
Other requests
- You can also revoke Alkansa's authorization in the connected apps settings of each social network. Revoking the connection alone does not delete your Alkansa account. When you remove Alkansa in Meta's settings, Meta may notify us automatically, and we delete the corresponding connection.
- To request deletion of specific data, the account, files or history, write to contact@alkansa.app from the account's email. Do not send passwords or tokens by email.
- After a proportionate identity check, we will tell you the progress and any legal or technical limits, including caches and backups, within the applicable deadlines.
Deleting data at Alkansa does not automatically delete posts already published on the networks or copies of layouts made by third parties. This does not remove your rights: identify the content so we can assess the appropriate steps and notices to recipients.
