Questions
Which networks does Alkansa publish to?
Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook and LinkedIn, with more networks on the way. The same post goes out on all of them in each one's correct format: on TikTok it becomes 9:16 photos, and on LinkedIn a PDF document, which is what the network turns into a properly swipeable carousel.
Can I publish videos, Reels and Stories?
Yes. Upload a finished MP4 or MOV video, check it in the player and choose Reels, Stories or both on Instagram and Facebook. On other supported networks, it goes out as a video post. Publish right away or schedule it, within each network's and your plan's limits.
Can I use my Google Drive to store photos and videos?
Yes. Alongside Alkansa storage, you can connect your Google Drive and upload photos and videos through the dashboard. New files go into Alkansa/<project>/photo or video, with a preview before publishing. Alkansa accesses files uploaded through the app, not your entire Drive. Publishing a video uses a temporary copy; the original stays in Drive.
Can I schedule posts?
Yes. Once approved, pick the day and time in your time zone. Alkansa publishes on its own at the set time, and the calendar shows everything going out that week, across all your projects.
Does Alkansa answer comments and messages?
Yes. Comments on your Instagram, Facebook and Threads posts show up in Alkansa for you to reply to, hide or delete. Instagram and Facebook DMs become an inbox, and auto-reply sends your message, once, to whoever comments the keyword you pick. You get notified on your phone or on Telegram with who wrote and what.
Do I need to know AI tools or install anything?
No. There is a dashboard in the browser to create, review, schedule and follow up. If you already use Claude or Cursor you can connect Alkansa as an MCP server and work straight from the chat, but that is optional.
Do I need a designer to get my own template?
No. In the dashboard editor you start from a ready template or from scratch and build with shapes, masks, photos, Google fonts and effects, in 4:5 and 9:16 at the same time. If you prefer, describe it to your AI and it draws it; the result opens in the same editor for you to adjust.
Can I see how my posts performed?
Yes. Views, likes, comments, shares and followers land in your dashboard, with the posts that worked best and the times your audience responds most. Each network shows what its API allows: Instagram, Threads and Facebook today; TikTok joins as soon as it approves access. Your AI can read these numbers too, to suggest the next post.
Does publishing burn credits?
No. Publishing is free, always. Whatever gets metered will be carousel creation, never delivery, and how much is left will be visible in the dashboard.
When does it open, and what will it cost?
We are opening by invitation, gradually, so we can watch each account closely. People on the list join the first test group at no cost, with full access for as long as the test runs. Later, when Alkansa starts charging, they get the pricing before it goes public and pay with an exclusive discount.
What happens to my email address?
It is stored in our database, in Europe, and is used only to tell you about the launch. We do not sell it, do not share it and do not send a newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask for removal at any time.
Who is behind this?
Alkansa started as an internal tool to publish Die Cast Club every day, across several networks, without it becoming manual work. It worked too well to keep to ourselves.
